We collect the information you provide when you check eligibility or apply: name, contact details, country of residence, academic history, language test results, and supporting documents such as transcripts and passport pages.
How we use your information
We use your information to assess eligibility, prepare and submit applications to partner institutions, communicate about your application, and provide support before and after acceptance.
Sharing with institutions
With your consent, we share your application and documents with the designated learning institutions you select. Those institutions handle your data under their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We keep application records for as long as needed to support your studies and to meet legal and institutional record-keeping obligations, after which records are securely deleted.
Security
Documents and personal data are stored using encrypted, access-controlled systems. Access is limited to staff who need it to process your application.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@joinpsw.co.ke. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
